Vintage Cobalt Blue Crystal Art Bell – Etched Floral, Twisted Handle

Elegant vintage crystal bell produced in the former German Democratic Republic (East Germany). This piece is mouth-blown crystal, featuring a rich cobalt blue body with a hand-applied clear twisted handle and a matte gold decorative band accented with floral motifs.
The bell is intentionally clapperless, designed as a decorative art glass object rather than a ringing bell. A visible pontil mark on the top confirms hand-crafted production. The form, color saturation, and applied elements are consistent with quality GDR-era crystal work from the mid- to late-20th century.
Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. There is a minor smudge/irregularity in the gold trim, visible on close inspection and shown in photos. This appears cosmetic only and does not affect the structure or display quality.
